Weekly Services - Residential & Commercial

Providing the best for our clients

Chemical, Baskets & Bags - $120 /month which includes:

  • Water Tested
  • Necessary Chemicals Added To Maintain Proper Chemical Balance
  • Skimmer & Pump Baskets Emptied Plus Sweep Bag (as needed)
  • Continual Monitoring of Equipment and System

Chemical Brush - $135

  • All Services Listed Above, As Well As,
  • Brush Walls & Steps of Pool (Areas the Sweep Tends Not to Get As Well)

Full Service - $160 & Up /month which includes:

  • All Services Listed Above, As Well As,
  • Brush & Skim Pool
  • Vacuum or Leaf Bag (as needed)

Quarterly Service Program- $150 & Up /Quarterly visit

  • Please note – if you have a salt system, and a visit requires a salt cell inspection, testing, and cleaning there will be an additional $50 charge.

Free-Standing Spa Add-On to Pool Service - $25/month OR Free-Standing Spa Only Service - $50/month which includes:

  • Water Tested
  • Necessary Chemicals Added to Maintain Proper Chemical Balance
  • Filter Cleaned (as needed)

Commercial Service - Evaluation Necessary to Determine Service Deliverables and Quote:

  • Pool, Spa & Fountain Services
  • Water Tested
  • Necessary Chemicals Added To Maintain Proper Chemical Balance
  • Skimmer & Pump Baskets Emptied
  • Filter Cleaned/Backwashed (as needed)
  • Brush & Skim Pool

Please Note:
Specialty Chemicals Such As Mustard Algae Treatments, Stain Treatments, Conditioners, Clarifier are not included in the Monthly Service and may require an additional fee.

There is an annual Conditioning, Clarifying, Mineral Fee of $105 for pools up to 20K gallons, $125 for pools up to 40K gallons. This includes any conditioner and clarifiers needed throughout the year as well as a mineral system annually.

DE Systems require once (sometimes twice) per year to be broken down, disassembled, acid washed, new DE added, etc. There is a Per Incident Charge of $135 when this maintenance is required.

Filter Cleanings will be performed every 6 months on standard systems and will be billed at $60/cleaning.
